ELDS Refund/Return Policy
Requests to return any ELDS Hardware (tablets, cables, or other accessories) must be made within 30 days from the date the order ships to the customer. Please contact ELDS Customer Support at (855) 696-3537 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to initiating any product return. If the returned product is received by ELDS in as-new condition within the initial 30 day period, a refund will be granted for the 1st month’s subscription charges and/or the product cost (in the case of add-on accessories). Shipping charges are not refundable. After 30 days, the terms of the customer agreement and manufacturer’s warranty apply.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you. After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any ELDS software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license. ELDS reserves the right to disable any ELDS Account, product keys, vouchers and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.

Referral Benefits

In order to qualify for a referral discount or similar referral-related benefits (“Referral Benefits”) from ELDS, LLC (“ELDS”), the following conditions must be met by the existing ELDS customer wishing to refer new business to ELDS (“Referring Company”):

A. Referring Company must notify ELDS in writing (i.e., via email or facsimile) of its intent to obtain Referral Benefits, and Referring Company must provide the following complete and accurate information about the potential customer they are referring (“Referred Company") to an authorized ELDS employee/representative:

  1. Referred Company Name
  2. Primary Contact Name at Referred Company, and
  3. Valid phone number and/or email address for Primary Contact at Referred Company
  4. (OPTIONAL) DOT # of the Referred Company

B. The Referred Company must verify in writing that it was, in fact, referred to ELDS solely by the Referring Company and no other parties/entities.

C. Referring Company must be a current ELDS customer whose account is in good standing AS OF THE DATE the Referral Benefits are scheduled to commence.

  1. Any missed payments or payments that are over 10 days past due at the time of the referral will disqualify the Referring Company from receiving Referral Benefits.
  2. Any late/missed payments that accrue between the date Referring Company provides ELDS with the required information about the referral and the date the Referred Company becomes an ELDS customer (i.e., the date they sign the initial Master Agreement with ELDS) will disqualify the Referring Company from receiving Referral Benefits
  3. Referring Company must have had an active account with ELDS for at least 60 days in order to qualify to receive Referral Benefits

D. The Referral Benefits will only apply to the FIRST full order that the Referred Company places with ELDS and the Referral claim must be made within 15 days of the first order of the Referred Company. Any subsequent “add-on” orders that the Referred Company places with ELDS do not qualify for Referral Benefits.

E. The Referral Benefits will be distributed to the Referring Company via a statement credit OR via a gift card, in ELDS’ sole discretion, after two consecutive monthly payments have been received from the Referred Company.  In the event that the Referring Company elects to receive Referral Benefits in the form of a gift card, the Referring Company will be responsible for providing ELDS appropriate tax documents (i.e., IRS Form W-9) before the Referral Benefits will be distributed.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery for any orders with standard shipping. Orders with Express shipping will be delivered within 4-5 business days.
